Leadership Barry County

Leadership Barry County is an annual program for people who live or work in Barry County to gain and hone leadership skills while meeting other leaders in our community. The program engages a cohort to better understand community needs and resources as well as key aspects of leadership. Those who sign up will deep dive into diversity, equity and inclusion, communications, and building consensus. We also visit with local leaders, travel to the Capitol to speak with politicians and lobbyists, as well as touring the county. The capstone is a service project to benefit Barry County.
